Site Visit Fee
Covers travel to your location when our team comes out for mobile service. For customers who purchase a cart from us, this fee is waived during the first 6 months of ownership.
Pickup & Drop-Off Fee
Covers round-trip transport of your cart for service or repair. Rates may vary by region.
Battery Discharge Test
Used to evaluate the condition and capacity of eligible lead-acid and AGM battery systems, especially when diagnosing range or performance concerns.
Diagnostic Fee
Covers testing and troubleshooting to identify the issue. This fee is applied toward the repair if you move forward with the recommended service.
Annual Maintenance
Our annual maintenance service is designed to catch issues early, extend component life, and keep your cart operating safely and reliably. Service may include:
Battery discharge testing when needed to help diagnose range issues on traditional lead-acid and AGM battery systems
Battery compartment cleaning, including corrosion and sulfation removal, tray cleaning, and terminal protectant application
Charger test
Multi-point inspection including the motor, suspension components, brake system, and wheel bearings
Battery service and care, including water level check and fill where applicable, cable inspection, and inspection for swelling, cracks, or other damage
Rear differential inspection with gear oil top-off or drain and refill, if needed
Front axle and steering component inspection and lubrication
Alignment check
Tire rotation if uneven wear is present between front and rear tires
Tire pressure check
Light inspection
Nut and bolt check
Overall damage inspection
Road test

EcoBattery Lithium Upgrades
As an authorized EcoBattery dealer, we specialize in lithium upgrades for all makes and models. EcoBattery systems offer longer run time, faster charging, reduced weight, and zero battery maintenance—no watering, no acid, and no corrosion cleanup. They also include storage-friendly features for periods of non-use, with EcoBattery recommending the battery be charged at least once every 6 months during storage. Newer Gen 3 batteries include 6 years of full repair-or-replacement coverage, followed by prorated coverage through year 12, plus limited lifetime warranty coverage on certain approved components after that.
